We had a New Year's Eve party at our house this year, because my sisters were home for our Christmas party the next day and they all wanted something to do. So my sisters, their husbands, my brother and his wife all came over for supper. Jenae also came along to play with Tyson. It was a good time. We played cards, rang in the new year and went to bed. (We all wanted to be in good shape for the next morning at my Dad & Mom's house for Christmas)
On New Year's Day we had our last Christmas get-together. I think everyone had a good time.
And for the "exciting news", my youngest sister Lacey and her husband Jacque are expecting their first baby this summer........ and my brother Dusty and his wife Erin are also expecting. They are due a little over a week later than Lacey & Jacque. This will be Dusty & Erin's 2nd. I'm so excited for both of them!! This will mean that my parents will have 8 grandkids under the age of 5.

Before we left we had to watch a couple videos of our past Christmases - Wow, how things have changed in such a short amount of time. It was fun to look back. I think we should make that a yearly Christmas traditon as well. It reminded me of how we used to watch slides at the Forre Christmas every year when we were growing up.
