Last night we went to the horse races. Daryl, Sue, Mike, Kelly, Ali and Caden were there too. It was a fun time. Kevin won $87 the first race on a $2 bet, so that made it a really good night! The kids got slushies that stained there mouths, amongst many other things. Even this morning there is a remnant of their blue 'mustaches'.

And then it rained...they finally cancelled the last 4 races. Even though it ruined our fun, we got a much needed rain!***************************
On Thursday, Sue and I froze corn. Everything went unbelieveably well, we were able to finish in record time, and the kids did a good job (for the most part). I wanted to get a couple of pictures of the corn freezing process, but we were just too busy. When we finished we took the kids outside to play.

Saw you guys at the races. We tried yelling your name from the 2nd floor, but then you took off with the kids. Looked like you were having a good time.
